HP Colour LaserJet M681DH colour laser printer

The HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M681dh is a high-performance colour laser printer designed for use in large workgroups and large organisations.

Physical dimensions of the printer are 55.5 x 51 x 65.8 cm and weighs 49.5 kgs.

Print up to 50 pages per minute in up to 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution in either colour and black-white documents or 4800 x 600 dpi colour.  Automatic duplex printing function (double-sided printing) to save paper and reduce printing costs.
The standard paper tray has a capacity of up to 100 sheets and the multipurpose paper tray will hold up to 550 pages. Optional paper tray(s) are available with a capacity of up to 3200 sheets and utilises paper sizes up to 12 x 18 inches.

Print on a variety of media types, including plain paper, card stock, labels, and glossy paper.  HP make toner cartridges that allows for high-quality printing and minimal downtime. Calibrate for Pantone colours to ensure that logos and special colours are printed accurately.

Scan with the flatbed scanner equipped with single pass duplex automatic document feeder.

The 20.3 cm colour touchscreen display shows menu options, so that the user can configure the general functionality.

The M681 has a variety of connectivity options, including USB, Ethernet, and wireless, making it easy to set up and share on a network.  Advanced security features protect against unauthorized access and to keep your data safe.

The printer can be configured with HP’s JetAdmin management menu system which has a complete suite of tools for network printers. Mobile printing with the HP Smart App, allows printing from your smartphone or tablet.

HP advise a duty cycle of up to 100000 pages.  Recommended page volume is between 2000 – 14000 pages per month.

Standard 1.5 – 2.5Gb of machine memory is included.
