Description

The Brother MFC-L8900CDW multifunction printer includes features like colour laser printing, copying, fax and scanning functionality.

The 12.6cm Panel Touchscreen display shows menu options, so that the user can configure the general functionality. The printer can be configured with Brother’s BrAdmin management menu system which has a complete suite of tools for network printers.

Physical dimensions of the printer are 49.5 x 52.6 x 54.9 cm and weighs 35 kgs.

Connect with Near Field Communication (NFC), Wireless direct, Wireless Network, Ethernet network cable or USB cable.

Print up to 31 pages per minute in up to 2400 x 600 dpi resolution.

Scan with the flatbed scanner equipped with single pass duplex automatic document feeder.

Print from and scan to smart phones and tablets using available mobile apps like Brother iPrint and Scan, Apple AirPrint and Google Cloud print.

The standard paper tray has a capacity of up to 250 sheets and the multipurpose paper tray will hold up to 50 pages. Optional paper tray(s) are available with a capacity of 550 x 2 sheets.

Recommended page volume is between 1000 – 4000 pages per month.

Standard 512 Mb of machine memory is included.

Password secured printing ensures privacy for sensitive documents.

Brother manufacture two capacities (yields) of toner cartridges to suit the MFC-L8900CDW.

The standard capacity black toner cartridge has a quoted yield up to 3000 pages.

The standard colour cartridges have a quoted yield up to 1800 pages from each cartridge.

The high capacity black toner cartridge has a quoted yield up to 4500 pages

The high capacity colour cartridges have a quoted yield up to 4000 pages.

Page yields are dependent upon the coverage and nature of the printed pages. All quoted page yields are declared as per the manufacturers stated yields and with the ISO/IEC standard.

Cartridges are covered by their manufacturers limited consumables warranty.
