HP Envy 5542 ink cartridges

Description

The HP Envy 5542 multifunction wireless printer features include colour inkjet printing Copy, functionality.

The Touchscreen LCD display shows menu options, so that the user can configure the general functionality. The printer can be configured with HP’s JetAdmin management menu system which has a complete suite of tools for network printers.

Physical dimensions of the printer are 45.4 x 41 x 15.6 cm and weighs 6.9 kgs.

Connect with standard printer USB cable (USB A – USB B type)

Print up to 12 pages per minute in up to 4800 x 1200 dpi resolution.

Scan using the single sided flatbed scanner.

The standard paper tray has a capacity of up to 125 sheets

HP advise a duty cycle of up to 1000 pages per month

Recommended page volume is between 300 – 400 pages per month.

Standard 128 Mb of machine memory is included.

The Envy 5542 has been superseded.

HP manufacture two capacities (yields) of ink cartridges to suit the Envy 5542.

The standard capacity black ink cartridge has a quoted yield up to 200 pages.

The standard colour cartridges have a quoted yield up to 165 pages from each cartridge.

The high capacity black ink cartridge has a quoted yield up to 600 pages

The high capacity colour cartridges have a quoted yield up to 415 pages.

Page yields are dependent upon the coverage and nature of the printed pages. All quoted page yields are declared as per the manufacturers stated yields and with the ISO/IEC standard.

Cartridges are covered by their manufacturers limited consumables warranty.
