Condition of Credit:
1 – If this application is accepted, all payment for goods supplied by Tonerink Pty Ltd is to be made within the above terms.
2 – Title and ownership of goods on credit shall remain with Tonerink Pty Ltd and will not pass to the customer until such time as payment in full received by Tonerink Pty Ltd.
3 – The applicant shall notify Tonerink Pty Ltd of any changes in the constitution or structure of the applicant’s business, or the sale of the business operated by the applicant and agrees that it shall continue to be liable to Tonerink Pty Ltd.
