Payment & Delivery

Dispatch and Delivery:

• We endeavour to prepare and dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement.

• All goods listed on our website are normally in stock in store or at warehouse.

• We can ship to Post Office Boxes and most other addresses

• Our Couriers are: GoLogistics, Australia Post, Australian Air Express, Mail Call, Couriers Please or other carriers depending upon your location.

Freight Charges

• Free delivery (excludes machines) is for orders over $75 combined value and under 20Kg combined weight.

• Orders under $75 and under 20 Kg a rate between $7.50 - $15.00 may apply.

• Printers and other machines freight charges are between $10 - $25.00 dependent upon weight, size and distance.

Heavier Items

• Because of size, weight and/or distance, there may be additional freight added to heavier items

• We will always advise prior to shipment the cost of freight and/or any additional charges.

Timeframe:

• Ink, Toner & Paper delivered within 24-48 hours

• Heavier items may take longer dependent upon distance

• Stationery within 2-4 working days

Urgent Items:

• We are able to offer several levels of fast delivery in Sydney, Melbourbe, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth.

• Telephone us with your requirements so we can react quickly

• We will always prioritise your order to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible.

• Our normal delivery on goods is overnight subject to stock levels and weather conditions.
