Payment & Delivery

Delivery:

• We will endeavour to prepare and dispatch your order within 24 hours of you placing it with us.

• All goods listed on our website are normally in stock.

• We can ship to Post Office Boxes and most other addresses

• Our Couriers are: Australia Post, Australian Air Express, Mail Call, Couriers Please or other carriers depending upon your location.

• Free delivery for orders over $75 and under 20Kg

• Orders under $75 and under 20 Kg a flat rate of $15 applies. Please note all machines are subject to a $15.00 flat delivery fee.

Timeframe:

• Ink, Toner & Paper delivered within 24-48 hours

• Stationery within 2-4 working days

Urgent Items:

• We are able to offer several levels of fast delivery in Sydney, Melbourbe, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth.

• Telephone us with your requirements so we can react quickly

• We will always prioritise your order to make sure you receive it as quickly as possible.

• Our normal delivery on goods is overnight subject to stock levels and weather conditions.

Heavier Items

• Because of size and weight restrictions there may be additional freight added to heavier items - we will always advise prior to shipment the cost of freight and if there will be additional charges.
